Welcome to Beech class area of the website. Here you will find all the information you require to support your child in Beech class.
Mrs Black and Mrs Ellin are the teachers in Beech Class. Mrs Ellin is in Class from Monday to Wednesday and Mrs Black on Thursday and Friday.
Assisting the teachers are Mrs Evangeline Smith and Miss Hesling.
PE for Beech is on a Friday. Named PE kits should be brought into school and remain for the term or any additional sessions.
Our Outdoor Learning session is on a Thursday. Please ensure your child has the appropriate kit; long sleeved top and trousers, wellingtons and waterproof clothing, in school for their weekly session.
We make sure we have lots of fun and plan exciting, engaging and practical activities for the children to explore! Any trips and themed days will be advised via Arbor and Tapestry so watch this space!

Early Years
Home learning will be introduced when the teacher feels that the learners are ready.
Daily
- Read 5 – 10 minutes daily
- 3 days decoding
- 2 days comprehension skills
Your child has access to EdShed which can help to support their phonics and reading at home.
